Important advice on your treatment

When you book your treatment, please remember to let us know if you are pregnant or have any health concerns and allergies. If So, we recommend you to check with your health advisor before booking your treatment. If you suffer any injuries or medical conditions, please inform the therapist attending to you. Avoid drinking alcohol or eating a heavy meal atleast 1 hour prior to your treatment. Please drink plenty of water before and after your treatment a it aids the detoxification process that occurs. Please remove hearing aids, spectacles or contact lenses or greater comfort during your treatment. Do not indulge In any vigorous activity for an hour after your treatment. Due to their natural contents, some of the oils we use during our treatments may stain your skin and clothing. We implement strict policies and procedures to maximize your safety. Our employees and representatives will not be held liable or accountable for any Incident experienced by any person entering the premises and/or undergoing any treatments.

Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule comfortably Any cancellation for any treatment made with less than 4 hours’ notice wil be levied with a 50% Cancellation charge and categorized as “no show”.
